Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the implementation of ERP products from our office and at client site
  • Effectively communicate with clients to ensure smooth implementation of accounting software
  • Data transfer and entry for accounting software
  • Office operations assistance, working toward higher efficiency and better operations of department
  • Participate in meetings with clients
  • Take minutes for meetings in English and/ in Japanese
  • Self-study of Microsoft Dynamics GP, ERP System
  • Work toward our company goal: contribute to society through IT
  • Practice "customer comes first" corporate philosophy.
  • Contribute to the growth of team
  • Always work toward  personal and professional development

 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Japanese bilingual skills a must
  • Accounting degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interest in IT
  • Ability to self-study and obtain Microsoft Dynamics GP Trainer Certificate
  • English written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Talent to train non-technical employees/clients on how to use technology
  • Personable and friendly personality to convey a customer-oriented philosophy
  • Organizational skills and ability to interact with others
  • Positive attitude and takes initiative on assigned projects
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and data entry skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
